Sandy Crow's prized informat. Everyone has to eat and Oscar has the best restaurant in town. He sells a lot of exotic seafoods, like Kraken tentacles and Dragon Turtle Eggs to Merfolk tail for the truly cannibalistic. Getting some of the more exotic seafood requires dealing with some shady characters. In order to keep his business afloat and sell his Non-toxic Grung stew, he needs advensures who won't asks questions and an officer who wont arrest him for killing humanoid and intelligent species and selling them for people to eat.
Gomash the Half-Orc

This smooth-talking Bard is only allowed to operate because he only charges the MPs, Constables, and Captains 5sp for their uniforms.Sandy has gotten in his good graces because Gomash was once a member of the Xanther Guild and was her point of contact in the city long before Nahix was exiled. He's heNahix'sf Nahix banishment but so far he nothing has happened to him or any of his shops so as long as he continues to move with his head down he feels he doesn't have anything to worry about.
