During the winter Festival Kupandisha all residents 18 and older show up to the King's castle. Every year King Shalo is suspected to invite one woman from the realm to be his "special" guest. Though he has many guest. Entry into the Festival requires a special gold coin.
This is a town void of silver. No silver, is allowed anywhere within the town!
During this Festival each person must cover their face with mask. Mask can be found at any of the towns and villages in the state of Liabon.
This state does not have a police force but more of an honor system among the citizens. Crime is reported to the minister of Defense, WASHEE, where she will make a ruling on your case, death, prison, or payment for freedom, no inbetween.

Infrastructure

Liabon is the crowning jewel of this city. All roads lead to Liabon. Akunase is by the water and rather misty. Set is in the dead forest to the east. Guruhi, the villages that surround the boarderlands.

Liabon is the most accepting district, but getting there is the issue.

]House Liabon

Two paths. Aye, the moraylity path and Orun, the supernatural path.
You gain the following spells 1/day: Hex, Fly, Misty Step, Minor Illusion, Major Image, and House Liabon control an army of undead soldiers.
3 Undead Soldiers (at Level 1), 5 Undead Soldiers (at Level 5), 10 Undead Soldiers at (Level 10), and 15 Undead Soldiers (at Level 15).

]House Akunanse

Prerequisite: Drow.
Worship a Spider Goddess: Lolth.
Belonging to this house gives you the ability to Wild Shape 1/day into a SPIDER (at Level 1), a GIANT SPIDER (at Level 3), and a DRIDER (at Level 10).
At Level 5 you gain speak with animals.

Followers of Set

This House is bonded by blood. To join you take a blood oath and the only way out is death.
Your Strength increases by 2, and Constitution by 2. When you make an UNARMED ATTACK deal 1+strength mod d4 slashing damage. The damage increases by 1d4 per level in Barbarian you take.
Attacks at night have advantage.
An extreme weakness to sunlight. If skin is exposed to sunlight, you take 2d4 damage per hour. You have a taste for blood and battle.

House of Guruhi

This house closely resemble Orcs and Half-Orcs though all are accepted. After three months in this clan and you will start to grow tusk and fangs. This house gives you Resistance to Fire Damage. 1/day You learn the spells, Animal Handling, Speak With Animals, and Polymorph.
You gain a CLAW ATTACK or BITE attack that deals 1d6 damage (as a Bonus Action).
Your Intelligence Increases by 2.
You have a weakness to silver.

Points of interest

The castle of House Liabon is at the center of the city. A long merchant road leads to the castle where many people trade. There are many abandon churches. The closer you get to the Liabon from the outskirts of town the closer you will come to see that everyone seems to be of noble birth even if they do not live like nobles.
Set however is much more vacant. The few humans that reside in Set make themselves scares and only come out during the day. There is one church, THE TEMPLE OF ETERNAL DAY where many of the towns folk have taken refuge, and at night, they do not leave the temple for any reason. They have been able to live like this for a number of years. The Priest has made an accord with the FOLLOWERS OF SET. "Any person caught outside during the night, is on their own and are subject to fall victim to the Followers of Set."
