Run by the Yellow Phoenix Hoard retired member - Gnome named QUOBEN.
Quoben was a member of the Cult of Arawan - the god of murder. Every member of the Yellow Phoenix Hoard is, they kill ruthlessly, butchering bodies and making a mess. The Yellow Phoenix Hoard takes trophies, eyes, ears, limbs and leaves the torso. That's how you can tell a YPH kill. The Goblin King has a truce with the Royal Family.
Quoben thinks you should talk to the people at the Temple.
Quoben remembers hearing rumblings of a rouge Celestial. A fallen Aasimar who was once a respected but ever diety he served turned his back on him. His followers called him Jathiman - but Quoben isn't sure if that's his real name or the name of his followers.
The Liabon's were considered the house of the Lesser Gods. If Jathiman has a gripe against the gods then it would make sense that he would start by blowing up their pyramid.
