Secilia is the Capital of the Arso Kingdom, a massive city standing on a large island on the southern edge of the continent. With towering walls, two giant angel statues at every causeway that lead to the island, Secilia is a beautiful and terrifying city. With crime infested deep in its bowls, Secilia sits at its worst in centuries.
