A dose of Willow Bark Tea can help the imbiber quickly recover from damage by drawing on their own inner reserves to ignore damage and continue fighting on.

• The character can spend one Hit Dice as if they are taking a short rest. The Hit Die spent in this way allows the player to roll the die and add the character’s Constitution modifier to it. The character regains hit points equal to the total (minimum of 0). The character regains the spent Hit Dice upon finishing a long rest, as per the rules.

However, scholars have found similar formulas to the popularized process within many libraries and healer traditions throughout the Protectorate and even amongst the tribes of the Horde Lands.
