Khallah Vex

The first lessons given to children by their mentoring Cleric of the Eight always begins with those words, and thus their education (and indoctrination) takes shape.   Few know more than that about the world outside of the Circle of Civilized Lands. But because of clerics of The Saramine, most children receive a rudimentary education from about age 8 to age 11. Along with that comes a sense of civil superiority over foreigners -- possibly the only commonality between the people of the region.
