The Copany of Dandiric Makers

The Company of Dandiric Makers is a group which produces Dandiric out of Dandir which grows on a Tragon Bush. The process which they use is split into four quarters, each governed by a Top Manager. The first step is to gather the fruit which they use to make the drink. Over this is placed the In Manager. He is in charge of finding the best farm or farms from which to buy the fruit. This may include the best price, the quality of the fruit, or the best management and reliability of the farm. He is also in charge of the transportation of the fruit to the major facilities around the isle. This may include finding the best carts or the best drivers, finding the best roads and deciding where each load is needed the most. Once the fruit is delivered it is handed over to the Juice Manager. He is in charge of pressing the fruit for the juice. This may include cleaning the fruit for pressing, recruiting the best workers for the job, or finding good ways to press the fruit, either by hand or machine. He is also in charge of the juice after it's pressed. This may include cleaning the juice or storing the juice until the next manager is ready for it. The next manager is the Fermenting Manager. He is in charge of the fermenting the juice. This may include buying the right yeast, finding the right pots and firewood, or recruiting the right men to watch the pots and fires. He is also in charge of the Maturation of the drink. This may include what to put the drink into or how long to leave it in. Once this is done the drink is handed over to the Out Manager. He is in charge of bottling the drink. This may include buy bottles, employing men to do the bottling, or storage of the finished bottles. He is also in charge of when and where to sell the drink, either on the Deen-Narsha or shiping it to other countries. This includes determining what each batch is worth, finding transportation for the drink, and finding men to either sell it locally or to ship it. From this method the Dansons have gained great fame and wealth over the years and now have mus sway over Deen-Narsha.

Structure

The Boss is one of the descendants of Dan Garthumal and many of the managers are as well. Under him are the four top managers: the In Manager, the Juice Manager, the Fermenting Manager, and the Out Manager. Under them are all the managers over different parts of that quarter, and under them are the workers doing the grunt work.

History

Dan Garthumal began this company with his sons after he served it at his 50^th party. For many years he was Boss, and after him his oldest son and his oldest son and so on. When the Eldest discovered Deen-Narsha them brought many bottles of Dandiric back with them and soon requested a steady stream of it to be brought to Tectomia.
