Personal history

Fenrir's origins are scare told by the common folk most not knowing of his existence, however, there are those within the church of the platinum dragon who learn of this grim figure. The Churches clerics learn of Bahamut's great betrayal at the hands of Tiamat the deceiver, but she is not the only celestial who betrayed the Platinum dragon. In ages past when the gods warred constantly with the denizens of Hell and the demons of the abyss, Bahamuts platinum host was always in the thick of the fighting, his angelic legions would strike into the heart of the nine hells and siege castles taking dangerous artefacts from Asmodeus and his arch dukes, but one amongst all others in his host sort out battle, one of his devote 24 Solars; Fenrir.    Fenrir in this time was not in his wolfen body, he was a perfect Solar and angelic warrior, his sword would strike down the wicked and his bow pierce the corrupt, a soldier without equal, say perhaps the gods themselves. For centuries Fenrir would battle alongside Bahamut and his other brethren, slaying countless scores of fiends and even two dukes appointed by Asmodeus himself. Fenrir's lust for battle did not come without a cost, for Bahamut warned him to control his violent outbursts, after all war was a means for peace and no peace can be found in a warrior who cannot lay down his sword. Fenrir would listen to his master but secretly he longed for more bloodshed, more carnage, the battles he fought were but a taste and appetizer to him. He needed to Rip and Tear, to murder, slaughter, taste blood in his mouth and purge all before him.   Fenrir's rage was not to be quelled and finally in the war of plagues, he snapped. Bahamut's forces had broken through the Shedaklah the lair of the Lady of rot and decay deep within the abyss. Bahamut himself had not arrived upon the battlefield but sent forth his Solars to bring back a relic of Tiamat's which Zuggtmoy had stolen; the helm of the dragon queen. When the Solar host arrived to slaughter her fungal hordes Fenrir's bloodlust couldn't be contained, he struck all those near him, screaming and howling in madness, no one was safe from his sword, be it demon of the Abyss of Angel from the heavens. When Fenrirs Solar brothers found him, biting his friends and tearing their throats they knew he was lost, and praying to Bahamut for guidance they dove into battle to control their brother. Fenrirs rage was so great and terrible his hunger devoured him and as he fought his brothers his body took on the appearance that his heart had become.   "His sword became claws, His armour blackened hide, his battle cry became a blood-curdling howl of death, Fenrir once most famed of the Solar stood before his brothers a monstrous wolf, a beast with no remorse." | Canticle of the Wùlf   Fenrir a monster now was chained by his father, who bound him deep within Mt. Celstia vowing to never unleash his son upon the world, forbidding his angels from visiting his mountain prison. As a final measure to control his fallen son Bahmut lifted up his sword; Angurvadal and pierced his jaw linking them together to muffle his howls. Fenrir lies to this day within the prison, chained and still raging wanting to unleash his fury and satiate his hunger.
