There are many gangs of Kaun, rumoured to infiltrate everywhere from the destroyed slums near the Lighthouse to the offices of the ambassadors in Ranmoor. There are different ways of getting in touch with each, depending on what you need. Naturally this comes at a cost. Just be careful you don't get into too much debt.
