Template: Black Cat (download) Role: old friend detective / long term employee Enticing description: Before the Introduction of laws surrounding magic use many spellcasters kept familiars, usually some entity who crossed them once too often or who failed to pay a debt. Bound to the spellcaster, familiars often found their bodies changed with the constant exposure to magic. Now these spellcasters have been hunted down, by law enforcement, vigilante, angry neighbours, wizard hunters or the like. With the witch dead, you are no longer a familiar, and so are free to roam as you will.
Questions for player: Do you miss your master/mistress, or do you relish freedom? How did your master/mistress die? You have known the lead detective at Detective Agency for a significant amount of time, work together with that player to decide how you know each other.
