A large ornate building that has marble inlaid steps proceeding up to the entrance. Pillars adorn the long hallways in which league of clerks endlessly scribble away on every flowing papyrus.
Within can be found chambers filled with shelves and a needlessly complex catalogueing system to find information that is only later revealed to be useless or irrelavent.
