Bartered for peace and protection, Cyril embodies the racial strife in Coeurs.
Born to one of the rebellious Diabolique leaders who hoped to become dominion lord. When Halphas Rebellion was crushed and the peace treaty was signed, Cyrvillik Beschu and all of the other children of the rebellion leaders were brought before the dominion lord, a diabolique tradition known as Plantagenet. "Cyril" was chosen, and adopted into House Bellarosse where he was raised as a proper noble.
