City Watch Headquarters
Headquarters for the Immoria City Watch. The Bulwark stands at the centre of Immoria on an island alone, surrounded on all sides by the river that bisects the city. Bridges, able to be raised from within the fort, protect its inhabitants from attack and allow for a solid defence against a populace uprising against the guard.
Built from solid stone mined from the Beast's Girdle mountains and brought to the city, the fort has never been damaged, let alone fallen to foreign hands or attacking forces. Outer walls surround an inner courtyard and keep with multiple towers allowing views across the city.
