The Dady Empire was a huge hive mind, each dady knowing its task. This allowed them to rule enormous stretches of land without any administrative problems.

The dadys had a powerful fleet, as well as numerous siege machines.
History
Dadys, after appearing in the material plane, slowly grew, overrunning Marin realms through sheer numbers and even biting off some giants. As the Marin states weakened, the dadys took over, invading half the material plane.
Disbandment
The Dady Empire fell because a revolution from their slaves. They had kept elves as pets and a kind of guard dogs, which coordinately turned against them and caused chaos in the ranks, resulting in the Elvish Empire taking over most of the daddy territory.
Military
Every dady that wasn't in an administrative position was involved in the army, meaning millions of soldiers were available to the empire.
Agriculture & Industry
Dadys relied on the enormous forests marins had planted before them for food as well as for industry. The main product was warships to transport the dady hordes, as well as large war equipment.
