Talfluvan

This strange language is believed to be long extinct, with the only remaining evidence of its existence being ancient engravings on stone and engravings in magical items or historical relics. It's script is hectic and displeasing to the mind, almost as though whatever or whomever wrote it simply did not care, and if they did they only cared that what they wrote was by nature practically unreadable. Because of this many scholars believed them to simply be the scrawling of a madman how this has been debunked as it simply makes no sense with the history and discoveries of these symbols.  These writings were discovered during the first years of civilization in Yuruk-Tar, therefore it is unlikely there was anyone who could have carved them before, and indeed they appear older than the settlers of the continent themselves. In addition they are found disparately far from one another and are certainly the same language as it is difficult for a normal person to even purposely replicate such a script with how deranged it is let alone accidently. Lastly the greatest reason why this must have been a real and practical language as one point is because of the magic involved. Many items with these carvings on them from axes to rings display powerful magic. Although this magic is, similarly to the language itself, hectic and chaotic, it still exists. Therefore when this language was written down it must have been written with purpose in mind, what the purpose was is impossible to tell, as to this day scholars and scribes can not translate nor understand it, but they had a purpose none the less.

Writing System

The alphabet includes many characters which display sharp and sudden changes in the lettering, making the script itself appear very sharp. In addition size, including height and/or width, is seemingly random with many letters being significantly longer or stouter than the same letters in a line. Whether this has any purpose in the text is unknown as it is clear by cross-examination that a specific character has no given size and will change depending on where it is used.
