Silvered Leader

Silvered Leaders are those whose names have been signed into the Silver Pact. Not only is a rank of high status but so long as the ruler retains the rank it also means other Silvered Leaders approve and support their right to lead. Silvered Leaders are primarily those in larger cities in Silvaria however if a leader of a smaller scale settlement or even sometimes guild leaders or priests does something remarkable in looking out for the betterment of Silvaria they can also become Silvered Leaders. The only Silvered Leader outside of Silvaria is Yuria Teronan who rules the Citadel of Rabid Lands.

Qualifications

In order to be qualified for being a Silvered Leader one must be the leader of a group that holds land in Yuruk-Tar.

Requirements

In order to be considered to be called to be a Silvered Leader one must display an act that shows their devotion to the well being of the kingdoms and the peoples of Silvaria such as sending martial aid to Silvarians under siege, taking back land from monstrous forces, making peace between two or more other warring nations, using magic to defend the people from a magical or supernatural effect, or stirring the hearts of struggling and depressed Silvarians.

Appointment

In order to become a Silvered Leader one must first be called by the members of the Council of The Silver Pact. Then they will have to be present at the next meeting of the Council of the Silver Pact and will be tested in one way or another, mostly depending on the nature of their leadership. If the leader is a warrior king then they will be tested in a trial of combat against some beast or another, if they are the leader of Magtocracy then they will have to do either the same or get past some magical wards, if they are simply a political and inspiring leader they will be quizzed and tested in a long and difficult test to see if they are capable of leading. These are the primary methods of testing however many exceptions can and have been made.
