Temple of Ladaguer
Operated by Clan Orebeard, the temple of Ladaguer is Karak-Khan’s second largest temple.
The exiled, the grey protector. Ladaguer is the god of the Deurgar associated with greed and a less traditionalist interpretation of making profit.
Some Deurgar, even those of Clan Orebeard have ‘returned’ to the worship of Moradin in the clergy of Dunbar Frostbeard.
Architecture
Built into the wall of the ravine in The Undermountain. The temple of Ladaguer resemble the same ancient form of Deep Manor and the Treasury of Karak-Kahn. Strong and imposing but elaborately detailed, stone weathered from hundreds of years spent in the Elements.
History
The temple of Ladaguer was protested by some in the early days of Karak-Khan, for they saw it as an offence to Moradin, especially in the eyes of Clan Frostbeard.
Eventually it it was decided the temple would represent the tolerant relationship between the surface and deep dwarves. They would be allowed freedom to practice and perhaps in some time would come to the worship of Moradin, which some have.
