Underwall Tinkers

The Tinkers are a group of like-minded merchants, tradesmen, artists, and petty thieves who work together in the shadow of the more affluent boroughs Lionsmane to scrape out a meager life in whatever way they can. Led by Brandyll Witherdown, they serve as one part merchant exchange, one part social support organization, and one part thieves' guild.
