The Gorget is a freelance mercenary troop that had participated in the Kings' War prior to the Crepitus Magnum. The group had fought bravely for Lionsmane and its people, but disagreements with members of the Gold Lions led them to separate and return to a life of adventuring and contracting to the highest bidder. The group is known for their incredible combat prowess led by their two oldest members, Bastion Oathwrought and Reinhart Avatarius.
