Scale Wardens

The Scale Wardens were once a freelance mercenary group. Over the last ten years, however, they have grown into the military arm of the Merchants' Alliance. While they maintain some independence, the two groups are integrated in multiple ways and at various levels of both organizations. Rufus Billingham serves as the leader of the Wardens.
