Balthusar, the Raiser of Graves

Balthusar appears as a emaciated and pale-faced wizard in black robes. A pair of animated skulls, fettered to him by long dark chains float about him at all times. He carries a macabre staff adorned with another skull.
Structure of the Church: Balthusar is worshipped by clerics and necromancers alike. The following, while relatively small, is orderly and well-organized.
