Foreword
The contents of this book are intended to help the aspiring chef develop their skills while learning to cook a number of exquisite delicacies. It is my hope that those who come across this book will be able to develop their own culinary techniques, create their own recipes, and add to what I have been able to fit inside of this tome. I believe that through the spread of our culinary traditions, we will be better able to understand each other as we are. It is my sincerest wish that whomsoever possesses this book treats it with respect and spreads the knowledge within its pages.

Breakfast
Scrambled Wyvern Eggs
An excellent first recipe that requires very little culinary talent to produce delicious results.
Ingredients
1-2 Wyvern Eggs
1 Cup of Milk
2 Tablespoons of Butter
2-3 Fresh Tomatoes
A Handful of Fresh Spinach
A Sprig of of Trespar
Salt and Pepper (optional)
Directions
Crack the eggs into a bowl, being careful to remove any eggshells.
Stir the eggs with a fork or whisk while adding the milk and butter.
Place the eggs into a skillet above a fire.
Keep a close eye on the eggs as you chop the tomatoes and spinach.
Remove the eggs from the skillet once they are a bright yellow.
Mix the tomatoes, spinach, trespar, salt, and pepper into the eggs.
Allow the eggs to cool for a minute before eating.
Lunch
Rat Wrap
Despite its name, the Rat Wrap is a quick and tasty meal for cooks in a hurry.
Ingredients
1 Tortilla or Leaf of Lettuce
5 Ounces of Meat (Rat is Recommended)
1-2 Slices of Bacon
Directions
Cook the meat and bacon over a fire.
When the meats are done, remove them from the fire and either slice them or cut them into chunks.
Lay out the tortilla or lettuce and fill it with meat.
