Boomstone

In The Demon Spires, the Stoneheart dwarves were deep in the mines searching for anything valuable. They had fallen on tough times and were struggling to make ends meet. While mining, Jadora Stoneheart accidentally dropped a large chunk of stone into a chasm. The stone hit the bottom and a massive explosion echoed through the cavern. Jadora carefully crept to the bottom of the chasm where she found large veins of a new ore. She carefully removed some from the cave walls and tossed a piece of it at the floor. There was a loud bang when the ore hit the ground and, despite the small size of the piece, Jadora could feel the blast. Jadora cautiously harvested as much of the ore as she could and brought it to her home for further research.
