High stone walls separate the city proper from the hinterlands, and a moderate force of Imperial Homeland Defense Forces patrol the walls and streets, acting as a police forces

Outside of the city, but still within its territory, sits an enclosed complex that could be mistaken for a city itself. The Chaotic Academy is where the Empire sends all of the known Chaotics to learn how to better control and use their abilities
