The ethereal anchor for Orcus''s domain in Kal'Araan.
Known as the Blood Lord's Legacy, the remnant was often worn by whichever short-lived high necromancer was under Orcus' rule. While never worn by the deity himself, it was largely considered by those outside his domain as nothing more than an intentionally attractive and ornate relic, designed to seduce power-hungry men.
After the Slaying of Bane, the Blood Lord's Legacy was lost for many years. It was recovered by The Party in Valax's Cauldron. How it ended up there is still a mystery.
