Krynn, witch of the Amber forest

Locals say there is a witch in the woods near Milton , she will steal your unattended children and sour the fields if she is not given her due. Along the forests edge of the the Amber woods are small shrines the locals have put together where they place unused soiled garments and broken household utensils on. It is said that Krynn predates Notime and she desires what life is done with.
