Christ Star
There was a prophet who came among the various cities of Jiren. Though he was persecuted wherever he would go, he never stopped preaching his message. He said, "One day soon, there will be a night that is as bright as day. Then you shall know that Christ is born." This prophet told all who would listen about the coming Christ, that He was the salvation of all peoples, both of this world and of many others.
Most who heard of such prophecies thought they must be crazy. No one person could save everyone else. And what other worlds are out there? Is Jiren not the only one? Surely such thinking is mere fantasy.
Some, however, believed. They believed that salvation was possible, that their sins could be forgiven, that they could have eternal happiness. They believed that Christ would come, and night would be as day.
When the prophesied day came, the government gathered the believers. They threatened the believers that if the sign didn't come, they would have to deny their beliefs or be killed. A few believers were scared, but most stayed true to their convictions. As the sun sunk down the horizon, everything became dark.
And then, it became light.
A bright light flashed across the night sky until the prophecy was fulfilled. The night had become as bright as day, and the government was forced to release the believers. Many were converted to the beliefs, which was called "Christianity."
As a sign of the coming of Jesus Christ, a star was born. This star appeared in a flash of light that made the night as bright as day.

Two things here that I noticed. Firstly, the main bulk of this is basically a creative piece. Not a bad thing to open with in, say, a quote; while this may be your style, it probably won't do well permeating your world as just writing a teaser won't add information to reference. However, aspects of what you wrote do begin to describe the writing(I'd look at articles from well-known members from the community on the prompts list). Secondly, this isn't quite a constellation given a constellation is defined as a group of stars. Beyond that, I did like the quotes even if I didn't quite understand them.
Thank you so much for your feedback! I'm new to writing WA articles, so your advice is very helpful. I do want to note, though, that the prompt is for a constellation -or- celestial body, so I went with a celestial body. Again, thank you!
Oh didn't notice that it was either or. I'm going in order, so I've not gotten that far.
