Ranan

Ranan is a rugged and untamed island, located in the midst of a vast and stormy sea in the southern part of Jangean. The island is characterized by its deep fjords, which wind their way deep into the heart of the island, and its towering cliffs and rugged coastline. The island is home to a diverse range of plant life, from towering conifers to hardy shrubs and the infamous Mokotoko, which is a plant which is dried and smoked in pipes around the world.

The pirates of Ranan are not just mere criminals, but a highly organized and structured society with their own code of laws and conduct. They follow a strict code of honor, and while they may raid and plunder ships, they always do so within the boundaries of their own laws and traditions.

The pirates of Ranan are led by a council of captains, who are chosen based on their skill, experience, and reputation. They make decisions on behalf of the pirate community, and enforce the laws and customs of their society. Those who break the laws of the pirates are punished severely, often with exile or even death.

Ranan is also home to a variety of dangerous creatures, like Krakens, Sahuagin, Merrows, Sea hags and giant crabs to name a few.
