Jangean

Welcome to Jangean, a rich and fantastical world full of wonder and magic. Jangean is a place of diversity and contrast, where great civilizations coexist with savage wilderness, and ancient mysteries lurk in the shadows. In this world, powerful wizards command the elements, fierce warriors battle ferocious beasts, and wise druids commune with nature. Jangean is a world of many cultures, each with its own traditions and beliefs. From the majestic Anvaria to the brutal Brontian Empire, Jangean is a place of vibrant communities and bustling markets. However, danger and intrigue are never far away, as powerful forces vie for control and mysterious threats loom on the horizon.   The two main factions are Hankar confederation states and The Brontian Empire. Hankar to the West and Brontian to the east. in between we find smaller land masses like Nordaea which is inhabited by raiders under an alliance banner, Free Land which is inhabited by Shieldbacks, a turtle like race devoted to peace. Ranan a fjord heavy island inhabited by pirates and wealthy merchants, and many more smaller land masses.   273 years ago, magic was rampant, wars were fought, not by soldiers but by wizards and sorcerers. Until the greatest battle in history took place and through a combined effort of a group of mages a catastrophic spell was unleashed, resulting in tectonic plates ripping apart and moving and breaking the continents into their current form. The year was so significant that calendars all around the world count from this event, called The Great sundering.   In Jangean, heroes rise to meet the challenges of their time, wielding magic, steel, and cunning to defend their homes and uncover the secrets of the past.
