Phaelmor is Founded

Founding

The organisation of Phaelmor, which now governs Lihiri, is first founded.

A group of kings in the World of Lihiri banded together to prosper and support each other. Phaelmor was what they called this alliance. They were recognised as a single nation on the planet and eventually more and more states joined until it became world-wide. It became ruled by the Council of Five and the True Council as a single superstate. When the Endorsan system was first introduced in 3319, working in the government of Phaelmor became the first Endorsan.
