Silvae

The great scholars and historians of Lihiri, the Silvaein are intelligent academics who dedicated their lives to finding information, scientific or historic, and educating the young. They are often fairly aggressive towards new members until they prove to be trustworthy. Their name is Lihirian for Knowledge.

Imhet

Imhet (Imhet's Eye) is a branch of Silvae concerned with invention and science for the purpose of improving the quality of life of Lihiri's inhabitants.

Structure

One ruler, referred to as the Headmage, leads the organisation, currently Candor Sryla, but a new one is elected every five years. They are usually one of the most intelligent among them and highly proficient in Spellcasting. Other members are ranked according to their knowledge, skill, previous works, and magical ability.

Assets

They have access to hundreds of libraries all over Lihiri, and the Headmage typically has a heavy influence over the Council of Five. They are incredibly wealthy, only second to Phaelmor.

History

It began as a single library, in an isolated part of Lihiri at that time. Some people started to take interest in the work they did, and it began to grow. Soon it became an integral and iconic part of Lihiri as it is today.
