The Arcanum

The Arcanum is an ancient school of magic that has existed since before the Wizard Lords. Standing tall and imposing on the wester side of Father's Rest, the Arcanum is the most powerful gathering of wizards and lore in Ivaria. Its vast libraries house countless tomes of magical lore, and the daily task of organizing this collection is s source of pride for the librarians there.
The Arcanum consists of a series of old buildings that sprawl across most of the northwestern are of the city, as well as the Dread Tower, an imposing structure that reminds everyone within view that they are watched over by the most powerful mages in Ivaria.
