Third Son looks like an amalagamation of Bringer of Shadows and Cole Serra. Originally, others were incapable of seeing him, but now it appears as a faint shimmer, particularly when it's talking. James is capable of seeing him in full.

Always wears a hood up to hide his face.

Personal history

Originally, it was a nameless Bane that Cylus got attached to. At some point, it began to look like his sons, but it couldn't decide which it wanted to look like, ending up as an amalgamation of the two. When he was first bound to James to protect him, he didn't have a name, but Cylus gave him the name Third Son.
