Dear playthings Blood Hound Gang,
You have defeated the lowly minions I have left for you to slaughter. I made them fresh in the morning so they were filled with extra vigor. It appears to me that you have been busy. I trust that you haven't forgotten where you are and who is really in control. I look forward to testing you again soon. Word has reached me that two of you have fallen in battle. It is such a shame that life can be snuffed out so quickly without anyone to shed a single tear. The spawn that you engaged with were not nearly as powerful as the others. It is customary to extend my deepest apologies for the loss of your companions on behalf of my master Strahd von Zarovich. He will be saddened to know that two of his newest toys are no longer with us presently in Barovia. But by now you know that souls cannot leave this land without the blessing of my master. He will be disappointed to know that the party has grown weaker. I hope that this does not deter you from completing your goals. Loss is always a part of life. I haven't seen him this interested in his pets in quite some time. You fought hard against my minions. The battle is won, but will you win the war? You are all puppets in my eyes, some of you are just now beginning to see your strings. Cut them if you may, just remember that you will lose more than you gain by doing so. My master awaits to hear from you.
