Lybrious

Arch Patrona Lybrious (a.k.a. Many faced lady)

Lybrious is the leader and mother figure of the Patronas, she represents all-encompassing neutrality and is always the peacemaker in battles between rival patronas. Her personality swings every which way both in conversation and in combat which makes her difficult to manage at times. She believes (almost rightfully so) that the multiverse does indeed revolve around her making her almost hostile at times to people that think otherwise.

Description

Lybrious is the sovereign head deity of the Patronas. her alignment is neutral but she really leans both ways, she often changes between lawful, good, chaotic, and evil personalities and has a hard time making up her mind for what to do. in combat as well she changes from brutal offence to impenetrable defence in the blink of an eye.

Family: Blood runs thicker than water.

Bonds

Lybrious is a mother to all Patronas, even as they wage war on each other, Lybrious always insists on peace between her children.

Flaws

Lybrious believes that, in fact, the world does revolve around her.

Suggested Environments

Lybrious can travel freely throughout the multiverse but her preferred domain is her great temple in sigil, the city of doors at the axis point of the multiverse.

Discorporation. When Lybrious drops to 0 hit points or dies, her body is destroyed, but her essence travels back to her domain in Sigil, and she is unable to take physical form for 1d4*10 days.   Legendary Resistance (5/Day). If Lybrious fails a Saving Throw, she can choose to succeed instead.   Limited Magic Immunity. Unless she wishes to be affected, Lybrious is immune to spells of 6th level or lower. She has advantage on saving throws against all other spells and magical effects.   Magic Weapons. Lybrious’s weapon attacks are magical.   Regeneration. Lybrious regains 30 Hit Points at the start of her turn.   Omnipotence. At the end of a long rest, Lybrious gains the effects of a foresight spell cast of her.   Mark of the patronas. Lybrious always has a mark of her holy symbol (many small dots in the palm of a hand) somewhere on her body, the mark can be hidden, small or faint if Lybrious wishes but it is always somewhere on her body.


Actions

Multiattack. Lybrious can use frightful presence, then cast a spell or use an unarmed strike as an action.   Frightful Presence. Each creature of Lybrious’s choice that is within 240 feet of Lybrious and aware of her must succeed on a DC 27 Wisdom Saving Throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the Saving Throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature’s saving throw is successful, or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to Lybrious’s Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.   Unarmed strike. melee weapon attack, +11 to hit. range 5 ft. one target. hit: (1d10+2) 1d10+2 bludgeoning damage.


 

Legendary Actions

Lybrious can take 5 Legendary Actions, choosing from the options below. Only one Legendary Action option can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Lybrious regains spent Legendary Actions at the start of her turn.   Cast a spell. Lybrious casts a spell she knows and is able to cast:   4th level or lower(including telekinesis). cost: no actions.   5th to 6th level. cost: two actions   7th level. cost: three actions   8th level. cost: five actions

Lair Actions

While in her temple Lybrious can cast dimension door as a bonus action as well as for a lair action. (Lybrious cannot leave her lair in this way.)

Lybrious's lair is her head temple in Sigil. However, she can take lair actions in any temple dedicated to her.
