The Brinkview District

This is the oldest neighbourhood on D'Voire Rejarde. Dragonborn formed it around a large crater that led to silver mines. Instead of harvesting the metals, they incubated their eggs there and found their youth to be born exceptional. Dragonborn born here are silver and have wings. Their wings however fall off once they reach adulthood, and their eyes go white, losing normal vision and instead gaining blindsight and receiving the occasional prophecy.
