Madam Lyra's Hut

In Iridia, traditional healthcare is practically nonexistent for the common people. Because the Nobility in the capital is the only people that have access to healthcare, the common people turned to herbalists and witches for ailments. One of the most well-known witches that specialized in pharmakeia was Madam Lyra. A beautiful woman with short brown hair, Lyra lived along the Innisrey Tributary on the Kaufman Peninsula. Many peasants would go to her for help, not only with physical ailments but mental ones as well. To get to the river valley where her hut is located you must travel along the coast of the Kaufman peninsula until you come across three Tricylia trees in a line. Then you head into the forest. Before entering the Innes forest you absolutely must pay tribute to the Dryads in the three trees, they are the ones that will either ensure your safe travel or ban you from entering. After going along the dryad-created path for quite a while, you will come across a fork in the road. One side looks beautiful, with its wildflower-lined path, smooth and bright. The other side however looks barren, overgrown branches cover the path, making it look eery and dark. Take the wildflower path. Finally, you will arrive at a beautiful river valley. A hut overlooks meadows of flowers and fields of alpacas. This is where Madam Lyra lives. A cobblestone path leads to a porch with various bird feeders and charms. It's welcoming and peaceful. Once inside, there's a living area with soft couches and a myriad of throw pillows next to a wood-burning stove. The bedrooms upstairs are equally cozy. Each room has two beds and a dresser with clothes and medicine. After staying for a few days, you may not even need treatment.
