Inanna and the Jade Emperor ally to make advances toward reincarnation and more efficient underworlds.
Inanna comes across information of Azrael who can apparently resurrect souls. She and the Jade Emperor form the first part of an alliance. Inanna offers Azrael's service while the Jade Emperor offers schematics for a soul collector (which allows the underworlds to automatically draw chosen souls to them, as opposed to psychopomps manually doing so for each soul).
