First Sumerian City-states and Kur are created

Founding

The Sumerians recruit Ra to assist them in creating the first Sumerian society. The Sumerian underworld, Kur is created shortly after.

Having created a successful Egyptian society, the Sumerian divinities seek his assistance in creating their own civilization. After a failed attempt due to Enlil's becoming enraged and flooding the humans, Ra finally agrees.   Inanna recruits Thanatos to create Kur, placing Ereshkigal in charge.
