Darkswamp Federation

Darkswamp Federation is a united group of tribes founded for the common good of the Darkswamp's Inhabitants. They are run by a council of tribal elders, one from each tribe. Controlling the swamps and the surrounding rain forests of the continent of Renga.
  A relatively new country. The tribes of the swamps and rainforests found themselves under constant threat of invasion by the Imperial Mountain Magocracy of Dragons. Under the guidance of the bone tribe, the tribes of the forests were unified under one central government. Each of the tribes still governs themselves for local matters, but things that affect the whole country are governed by the council.

Structure

The council of elders is the most powerful leaders within the Darkswamp Federation. They run the majority of the governing power within this county. The council is comprised of 21,903 elders each with voting power.
  At the top of this council stands the Bone Tribe  as they have the strongest military force. They have the power to vote on any decision or proposal made by the council if they can not pass a proposal by 75% of the elders.   The next strongest force is the military. All of the tribes of this country have a culture of the strongest rules. Thus many of the military leaders hold a strong weight.   Finally the last. The tribe leaders set to governor laws within each tribe. They have a minor power role for the most part. A good portion also sever as military leaders. So tribal leaders may have a stronger power than many expect.

Culture

A core culture of strongest rules. Even within each tribe, there are small differences. So each place a visitor visits may find a tribe quite different, but also the same.
  Within the lizardmen tribes, they have a strong honor-based system. Their codes include the virtues of loyalty, bravery, honesty, and justice. Strive to be loyal to your tribe. Show no fear as fear weakens the soul. Lying corrupts while truthfulness purifies. People should receive what they rightly deserve. While men dominate the culture of the lizardmen women are held in high regard; holding the position of ruler of the household. Taming is a hobby among the tribes. Sports include Dueling, Beast fighting, and Hunting contests. They have a strong music culture of drums, flutes, and bells. The music is said to send many into a trance-like state.
  The Orc Tribes have a nomadic and spiritual culture. Women and men are considered equals. Alchemy is a hobby among the tribes. Sports include wrestling, archery, and dueling. Dancing is considered an art form. Mainly dancing is performative and honors the spirits they have formed close bonds with.   The Frogmen tribes are considered the most developed of the tribes. Noted for their Glyph script. Women dominate the culture of the Frogmen. Architecture, mathematics, and astronomy are highly developed among them as most take up it as a hobby. The main sports are ball games and dueling.

The Darkswamp Federation was formed as means of defense and security of the tribes. They have a long-standing grudge against the Imperial Mountain Magocracy of Dragons.
