Dark Swamps

The Dark Swamps is a mystical region of tropical wetland near the coast, comprising a large drainage basin and dense forests.
  Names
it has been nicknamed the Dark Swamps due to the Black Flora, Undead and Fog that is in abundance there. Most nations avoid the swamps if they can.
  Geology
  Flora
The swamp is a dense forest and mires of Pines, Cypress, Willow, and Mangroves. The tree bark is a dark brown bordering on black, typically gnarled. The lands are typically mossy were the water doesn't flow.
  Many unknown species of plants are found withing the swamp. Carnivorous plants also know to inhabit the swamps. Many rare species of herbs grow here, serving as components for magic spells, potions and poisons.
  Fauna
Considered a monsters domain. Many types of creature inhabit the forest. Examples include dinosaurs, undead, giant bears, squirrels, snakes, giant frogs,and boars.
  Inhabitants
The Dark swamp is know to be host to heavily populations of tribes of lizardmen. Reports of dragons, hydras, and undead happen often. Its considered an unholy and deadly land.
  The most well know and populace of the lizardmen tribes is the Bone Tribe, thought of as unholy tribe of lizardmen due to their use of necromancy and the undead that live with them.
