Career

Qualifications

To be charmer you need to have a knowledge on Spells Casting and working with Arcane Crystals (see in Arcane Elements) and to have a Pass. Just like with Ritualists You need a pass which will tell everyone how safe your work is and the value. The lower a pass the cheaper your stuff will be.

Career Progression

To get a Higher pass you simply need to retak the World Charm Test (WTC), depending on your results you get get a higher Pass or maybe even a lower one. very few people buy from the lowest two passes so you shold ussualy wait to sell until you have a higher one.

Payment & Reimbursement

For the lowest Pass a really simple charm could sell for about four-six Points an advanced Charm maybe about 12-14 points. Each pass generaly adds on 4-6 points so the highest pass gets quite expensive. But the Charms are ussualy really good and very reliable.

Other Benefits

One of the obvius benefits is that you'll have a ton of cool 'gadgets' to play around with and to keep you safe. Their isn't really a limit to the amount of charms you can have activated but charms to feed off your Energy a bit so too many could be slightly dangerouse.

Charms can be quite very useful, thiers probably a charm for every type of job that will help make it better and quicker.

Tools

Not much i needed to make a charm, you simply need a body for the charm, An Arcane crystal, a spell and tools to chip the crystal. It is fairly simple to make a charm but It can be slightly taxing.

Workplace

Charmers ussualy set up thier shop near a market area, but often try to set up a stand in one of the market areas. Most charmers work at there shop but some prefer to work at home.

Dangers & Hazards

Thier aren't many hazards, the main one is the risk that the charmer might be some ort of criminal. If a charmer placed a summon fire on a charm but said it was strength then that could severly hurt the user. This is why anyone with any criminal record of any kind are bannd from making either Charms or Auto-Forms. And if on did try to sabatoge a charm it wouldn't be hard to trace it back to them, as when someone enchants something it leaves a trace of thier magic. This is ussualy enough for some people to learn the Magical Name of the person. So few people ever dare to do it.

Legality
Most aspects of Charms are Legal except for a few name things, for one it is completely illegal to give someone a charm witthout telling them what it is. There are certain charms that are illegal to make, like say a charm of summon fire, since charms only ever affect the person its touching that would set the person on fire. Same with say a charm of Harming. It is also Illegal to tell someone say a charm of speed is a charm of strength and then sell it to them, regardless of what it is.
