The Great farmers

When you talk about the Great Farmers you're usually referring to the farmers on the Green hills west of the sand sea, but the people in the northeast mountains and eastern forest also go under the names the Great farmers, even though they are somewhat different people. The farmers of the mountains, or Orebreakers, place more value in craftsmanship and less in art and spiritualism, while the great farmers of the forest, or Woodfolk place more value on norms and traditions and less on materialistic value. They do share the same traditions however, albeit with a few alterations.   The main group of people in Inonaa. When the old people decided to rebuild the world they knew, the farmers naturally became those in power since they grew all the food. Nowadays the villages are significantly larger than when they were first built, and even though there exists a lot of professions to choose from, the farmers are still considered the people in power. Therefore all people who live in “normal” villages or cities are referred to as the Great Farmers, no matter their profession.   Today the Great farmers have people working for them on their farms while they act as the highest class in society, dealing with political, survival and growth issues. A great lot of the richer farmers reside in the flower valley, where most people of higher status spend a lot of time.   Taking honor in your job and craft is important in this culture, as well as respecting the spiritbeings who represent different roles, arts and craft. Society here is more based around work and what part it plays. Materialistic possessions are also important.   The beliefs and worship of the spiritbeinsg, everything that concerns them and the powers of the spirit itself is big in Grand Farmer society. Keeping a good and healthy spirit is an important part of life. Art and music are also very important, and most people learn some kind of art, at least to some degree since it helps you connect with spirits.   A lot of the smaller villages are often suffering , both from attacks of all kinds of dangers, and from a low supply of resources.

Traditions

The Feast Of The Morning Harvest-This feast is a celebration of the first seeds planted and is celebrated by making a giant stew, where a whole village comes together to help with the music. It's also celebrated by music and dancing, and different types of snacks.   The Council of the Great-Since the Largest cities and their surrounding villages have become something close to independent nations, a council is held each year in Flower valley, where leaders from each Grand Village discuss and make deals over certain things. This could be trades, mines, farmland, and so on. This is to avoid conflict, like the war between Stormhill and Branchville in 386.

Religion

In their version of spiritpractice, the goal is to grow your own spirit and learn to connect to others but also to be at peace with different spiritbeings. They offer incense and different works of arts to spiritbeings, as well to contribute to the cycle of spirits or the one big spirit, Caeulce.

Culture(food, clothing, arts)

People usually dress in droopy, long clothes, with many layers and colors. Richer people can afford fancier clothes and colors. People often wear blouses with capes, wide pants and a cloth around their belts, sometimes ponchos and sometimes skirts. Many extra details of cloth are also common. It's very important to pick up some form of art at a young age and most people have an art form they are passionate about. This is said to help you connect better with your own spirit and others.   Castbowl-A sweet warm soup, made from mushrooms, Sister onions and sap. Local to Birchforge.

Societal norms and rules

Material possession is very important, especially to the Great farmers of the fields, but all great farmers value it. In the eastern forests traditions and norms are very, very important and new things are very looked down upon. It is also common to not mingle with people above or below you in the hierarchy pyramid.   It is also very important to take pride in your craftsmanship and work, and pay respect to the spiritbeings which relate to your passions.
