Caeluce

The spirit king
Described as a giant, flying whale, with a long tail with scales, and other dragon-like features. It has no wings, but instead four giant fins. It’s purple with red spikes all along it’s back. Although not an actual god, Caeluce wields great power, and control of all the spirits. Caelus herself, is the spirit of an ancient, mystical being, the dragon whale. While most beings lose their power and influence on our world when their body dies, Caeluce was granted power in both Osturos and our world, as she is the current strongest non-godly spirit. Her task is to keep track of and sort all the spirits of dead animals. He also represents the cycle of all spirits and spiritbeings and how all spirits are connected to each other.
