Blockhead Empire
Never does the chill of night fail to grace the lands of the Blockhead Empire. It's the whole planet under its reign.
According to Beet-Red, the Empire stomped on freedoms but none of that matters now because Inom is freer than free.
Structure
As with anything to do with blockhead culture, most terms in place are English approximations and colored by Beet-Red's opinions on things.
At the top, a harem-taking empress, whose word is law. To each town or distinct city district is a county run by a countess. Counties and their associated positions may be dissolved or created according to the development of land, with the former countess changing "title" to lady if transitioning to civilian life or to dame if transitioning into the military administration.
The Blockhead Empire willfully maintains an oppressive hierarchy separating sires and bearers. Attempts to encourage thought and literacy among sires are quelled to maintain what the bearers in charge have going for them. The Empire also spurns subcultures and demands conformity from its citizens, having extinguished the notion of a citizen falling into any ethnicity except imperial wherever it could.
Public Agenda
It's the empire. Its agenda is to rule over as much as it can.

History
Its history is the homeworld's history. Bleak, dark, and not relevant to life on Inom.
Demography and Population
All blockheads that aren't on Inom. That's the population.
Technological Level
Well, last anyone on Inom saw of them, they'd devised a ship theoretically capable of taking a crew of sixty-six or more outside the solar system. They've making acceptable time on space travel.
Religion
The Faith of the Triplet Mothers, as preached by the Church of the Triplet Mothers.
