Stoicism

The world of the stoic is a highly difficult one. Greatest among the wizards in Infinitum is the stoic. One who can always think, love, care, and believe in the goodness of others. However, can always question themselves to never give up on the pursuit of their truths. Thus, this is how one achieves the "title" of Titan.

Eclipse is the Titan of Detectives. A patron saint in the darkness. That is what most characters involved with the Infinity Protocol, and what many readers of any related material, will fail to realize. This is because many people do not read good content when they are faced with it.

This is not an insult. This is just a statement. Agree or disagree as you like. It will help you to read this either way I think.

When someone faces deep sorrow, the type that would destroy ordinary creatures trillions of times over and yet, still gets up. Do they keep fighting after all that? That shows perfect, divine levels of judgement. At least to the city of Infinitum, it shows the person is worthy of receiving help from anyone and everyone until they realize the value they contribute. The value they always brought into the world and the people around them.

So, the stoic responds to depression by trying to smile. To psychosis, the stoic will respond by writing. The stoic of Infinitum doesn't have to. What he might do, is instead of writing, he'd think. "I think, therefore I am" is one of my personal favorite phrases. It shows one of the main themes of this writing project of mine. That thought is one of the few things that can likely truly be infinite. Thus, it's part of the Infinity Protocol.

The purpose of this story isn't to trick the audience for no reason. It's to prove a point to myself that I can actually contribute to the world of Infinitum, our world, with my writings. That this detective... somehow... through all the horrors he has witnessed, can somehow return to terra firma, and then pass on Eternal Light, without feeling like they failed the whole time.

Thus is the dangerous life of the stoic, or in Infinity Protocol? Thus is the dangerous life of a Twilight Shade. Extremely keen on psychology perhaps. Or perhaps they find things more interesting when the lights are turned on? Eclipse is a character whose scales are dark which inclines him to believe that the color he was born with defines him. An issue that Western Eclipse sadly does not have any personal experience with and thus cannot fully write about it. Not with the rawness and accuracy it probably needs.

So, for the people he can't understand? He wanted to leave this. The World Forge page is a means of helping write the truest form of "The Infinity Protocol." Thus, I want it to be very open ended and about collective healing for all of the people who read, even more than those who write it. Which... I think will remain as just me for health reasons.

I can't sleep. I still can't sleep. I need it but it's so hard. When you feel like your world just turned upside down? How do you deal with that? How do you keep going? How does anyone keep going after the medication he was taking turned out to be involved in a lawsuit that was settled for billions, or at least millions of dollars, then realizing... you were better off without taking that drug and everyone agrees with you. Everyone you care about at least.

In a way, I use my characters, my fursonas, to really help me connect to the rest of the world properly. I hope that you'll understand I don't do this easily. It's not "easy" to pour your heart out to page for the world to see. Especially not knowing if you'll just be misunderstood and silenced again. It's so easy for someone who doesn't understand to read just a small portion of a greater picture because it's too long. That's why I'm here instead of on Twitch or Youtube right now. I'm hoping most people here don't think that way.

I want to create more stoics in the world. I can only hope that this Infinity Protocol will prove that I can do that. Think you know The Beginner's Guide I left for you here?

Well? Do you?

I don't know either. However, I AM excited to find out.

So, tell me. You think you get me? Chronias? Are you there Chronias? Or was this current "experiment" of yours just another in the long series of failures I've dealt with today? Only one way to find out. Keep reading and keep writing Chroniclers. A lot of the future may depend on this.

History

I don't know much about the history or real-life Stoicism. I'm more of a Buddhist personally. So, I couldn't really tell you. However, I am tired, so I'll leave this one alone for now.
