Jotternook
This temperate region with a constant temperature gradient makes it an extremely desirable place to live. With the beautiful fjords and hills bring out the region as a wondrous place.
Geography
The region is extremely hilly with farms built along the sides of these cliffs and staggered terraces. The rain is frequent, and rivers typically flood monthly. Due to the hills, roads have had to be constructed through the hills or built around them. This makes for long journeys around the sheer cliff faces. This creates many winding roads with beautiful vistas that span miles. Weather is generally slightly warm or slightly cold. It’s generally very moderate.
Fauna & Flora
Jotter Gophers
These burrowing rodents are native to this region of the world. They build vast tunnel complex in the earth which tend to collapse the tunnels we make into the ground. Otherwise, they are not noteworthy.River Serpent
Unlike the serpent in the gulf, these serpents are purely a freshwater breed. Their bodies are covered in either pink or white scales with lighter colors resembling the females. In rare cases, bright red ones are born which are considered alphas in their communities. They are very friendly to people, unlike their ocean cousins, and tend to be quite mischievous when around us. When frighten they have been known to attack in large groups, but this is merely in defense. We at the archives have create a list of steps to avoid scaring a dolphin.Rendun Flower
Native to the Rendun River, this flower produces a faint smell of rain. with petals of white and light blue. They have been a symbol of space to many as they have been sued to end conflicts as a peace offering.I've always wanted to visit here. If I ever retire, I want to move here, but I don't think I could pull myself away from Fairley and the Imperium.
