Army of the Dragonborn Empire
The Army of the Dragonborn Empire (Amolosian: Draco Militaris Legio) is the terrestrial armed forces deployed by the Dragonborn Empire.

Leadership
Imperator of the Dragonborn Empire The Imperator is the head of the army. They have final say on all decisions. Warden of the Empire The Wardens of the Empire work directly under, and report to, the Imperator. During times of war, the Wardens usurp direct control of each province from their Lord Paramount. The Warden is responsible for leading the armies of each of their provinces. Lord Paramount Usually second in command only to the Imperator, in times of war each Lord Paramount report to the Wardens. The Lord Paramount is also responsible for Forming Legions, as well as house, supply, train, and handle any other things that the Legion might need.
High Ranking Officers
Legion Legit A high-ranking military officer. A Legit delegates power as the officer in command of a legion and report the the Lord Paramount. Tribune Each legion has 6 Tribunes hand picked by the Legit. The job of the Tribunes is to spread the word of the Legate and to assist in any matters the Legit can't attend to personally.
Mid Ranking Officers
Prefect The job of the Prefect is to work alongside the Tribunes and Legit and are specifically in charge of training soldiers and heading construction projects. Centurion Prime The Centurion prime is the senior Centurion of a legion. They report directly the the Tribunes, and are responsible for commanding the rest of the Centurions. The Centurion prime is also directly responsible for the Cavalry units of a Legion. Centurion A centurion is a lower mid-level Officer and the head Legionary in a Century. A century is a group of 100 soldiers, typically consisting of 70 Legionaries and 30 Archers. Cavalry The highest rank reachable by a citizen foot soldier. Cavalry are trained in mounted combat and are generally better trained and more well equipped than any other ranking soldier.
Low Ranking Soldiers
Legionary A citizen foot soldier. Archer Soldiers specialized in long ranged combat.
Other
Elit Exactionum While not exactly a soldier the Elit Exactionum still works for the military. Elit Exactionum are selected for each legion by the legions Centurion Prime. The job of Elit Exactionum in the past was to travel ahead of the legion to collect taxes for military use and to secure supplies for the legion. After the first disbanding of the Paladins the empire found itself in need for collectors and runners of information. Since they were not typically traveling with the Legions, and their job involved them entering towns and getting information to collect taxes they were an easy selection to become the spies of the Empire. Since the Elit Exactionum moved to dealing in information, they needed to take greater care in keeping their missions discreet. They are not officially recognized as active members of the military and lack any specific rank, but report information they gather directly to their legions Centurion.
