The Great Divide
The Mountains that Divide Us
Cities: Durin's Hold, Stormsword Peak
This mountain range divides the northern and southern parts of Terria. These mountains run from Lyonesse beyond Drekar to the Orcdell gap. The Great Divide houses many creatures from Dwarfs, Goblins to even monster from beyond the realms of Imarand.
Climbing the jagged rocks is almost impossible, and most travel the mountains through it many caves, valleys, and rocky paths created long ago by the dwarfs. Many dwarfs still prospect the ancient lands for precious metals, but many holds of this ancient empire now house something else than the dwarven people nowadays.

Candlehold
This library and monastery crafted a long time ago by the dwarven race lie deep inside the mountains, and still functions as the center of learning and the divine of the once dwarven kingdom.Stormsword Peak
These xenophobic dwarves keep to themselves and they don't let any outsiders inside their hold or mines. And offense punished by death executed on the spot no matter what the reason might be. As a result, they rarely keep in touch with the other dwarven holds except for a handful of scholars at Candlehold. Over the year's rumor started to spread that the dwarven hold uses extraterrestrial beings to work the mines for them, but none have been able to confirm the rumor.
