Ghost Lights are only dangerous when they swarm together. In such an encounter, treat the Ghost Lights swarm as a regular Ghost.   These creatures can be familiar, favored by necromancers, and because of the incorporeal nature, shielding them most dangers the wizards encounter on their travels.   Ghost Lights can be created by the Create Undead spell, if cast, the spell-caster can create up to 2d12 Ghost Lights.
